- You have the option to personally collect your order at Yoo Panama, located on the 7th floor, approximately 1-1.5 hours after your purchase. Rest assured, you will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready.
- Feel free to place online orders around the clock, 24/7. However, our delivery service operates between 8 am and 10 pm, from Monday to Saturday. To enjoy same-day delivery, kindly submit your order before 7 pm; otherwise, your delivery will be scheduled for the following day. If you require deliveries on Sundays or holidays, please reach out to us in advance to check for availability.
- The flowers inside our boxes can retain their freshness for up to 1.5 weeks when watered every two days. Furthermore, our boxes come equipped with internal water protection and are designed for reuse. Every one of our boxes includes a branded envelope and a gift card for your personalized messages.
REFUND POLICY
We hope you will be delighted with your Madame Butterfly products. However, if you are not happy with your goods then you may return them providing you inform us of you dissatisfaction. All returns are at the discretion of the manager. This does not affect your statutory rights. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. Products should be returned with the original packaging. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. Refunds will not be made to a third party.As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. We will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
